JASON: A POEM

Thump. Thump.
Footsteps. He is coming.
Thump. Thump.
Getting closer. Getting closer.
Scrape. Scrape.
Machete in hand, dragging across the slimy wood.
"OH MY GOD! MY GOD! GET ME OUT OF HERE!"
Screams, uttered from the throat of his future victim.
WHOOSH.
He raises the machete into the air.
SLICE.
The blade rakes across her throat.
CLATTER.
He drops the machete to look at his handywork.
Drip. Drip. Drip...
He watches as her blood turns the water red.
Squeak. Scrape.
His boots make a noise as he picks up his soiled weapon.
Thump. Thump.
Jason stands up and goes to claim another victim.

My entry for my friend ~nyanyagirl's Jason Voorhees contest. This is my attempt to write a poem.
 Now, it isn't really a poem, but it's not exactly a story, either.  But I tried my best.I'm sorry I haven't uploaded any stories/art in months. I've been busy talking to my friends, and working on a fanfic. I won't promise anything, but I'll try to post more art/stories soon, if I get a chance.
